In one of the photos shared by the magazine on Instagram, Lopez wore a revealing bikini bottom paired with a cropped leopard-print jacket over her shoulders. She completed her look with oversized gold earrings, a chunky necklace with hanging medallions, and black platform shoes.
Although the photo shoot, part of Interview’s 55th-anniversary celebration, was seen as fashionable by some, Lopez’s revealing outfit drew mixed reactions.

Lopez openly discussed one of the hardest times in her life—her recent divorce from actor Ben Affleck over the summer. When Glaser asked Lopez if she had any regrets about the split, she responded, “Not one second. That doesn’t mean it didn’t almost take me out for good. It almost did.”
Reflecting on her growth since the split, Lopez explained, “But now, on the other side of it, I think to myself, ‘that is exactly what I needed. Thank you, god. I’m sorry it took me so long. I’m sorry that you had to do this to me so many times. I should have learned it two or three times ago. I get it. You had to hit me really hard over the head with a sledgehammer. You dropped the house on me. Don’t have to do it again.'”
She also acknowledged that, despite learning important lessons, she doesn’t have everything figured out. Now, she’s excited about being independent. “Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I fucking do when it’s just me flying on my own,” she added.
Despite the emotional hardships, Lopez is eager to return to her career and connect with her fans. She expressed excitement about the prospect of going back on tour, showing that she remains passionate about performing.
“I can’t wait to get back out there. I have the most understanding and loving fans in the world. Some fan bases can be spicy. Mine are just a bunch of lovers,” the acclaimed musician said.
Lopez admitted how difficult it had been to step away from the spotlight, feeling devastated about disappointing others. However, she explained that she needed time to focus on herself and her children during a particularly challenging period in her life.
