Princess Charlotte is being compared to two of her most respected relatives, great-aunt Princess Anne and her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Here is why Princess Charlotte holds an “uncanny” similarity to her late great-grandmother and the Princess Royal…

Princess Charlotte’s similarities with Princess Anne and Queen Elizabeth II

Princess Charlotte recently turned 10, and to celebrate, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a photo taken by Princess Kate on their official social media accounts.

The photo offered fans a rare and relaxed look at Charlotte. In the picture, she’s sitting in the grass, smiling brightly, wearing a camouflage waterproof jacket and a backpack — clearly enjoying the outdoors and looking full of energy.

Charlotte looked windswept but happy, as her mum captured the special moment.

Royal commentator Phil Dampier shared his thoughts on the photo, pointing out that Charlotte shares several personality traits with other royal family members.

He told Hello! that even though Charlotte is still young, she “has been a great source of strength” for her mother Kate during her cancer battle.

Phil also mentioned that Charlotte seems to show the same level of maturity as her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
