5. She craves more personal space

Time alone becomes more valuable. She may make plans without consulting, or seem mentally “somewhere else” even when she’s right beside you.
6. Physical closeness fades
Hugs, kisses, and intimacy feel less natural. Not because of rejection, but because her body no longer feels emotionally aligned with yours.
7. She feels sad — and guilty

Even as her love fades, she may carry a quiet grief. Guilt for changing. Guilt for hurting someone she once deeply cared for. She might not be angry — just heartbroken in a different way.
These aren’t always the end — but they are signals. Signs that something deep is shifting and needs to be acknowledged. Whether it leads to healing or goodbye, the most important thing is honesty — with yourself, and with each other.
