Ingredients:
- 1 medium apple
- ½ tablespoon of dried rosemary or 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 300 ml (about 10 oz) of water
- (Optional) Honey or natural sweetener
Instructions:
- Wash the apple thoroughly. Chop it into small squares and remove the seeds (you can keep the peel).
- If you’re using fresh rosemary, rinse it as well.
- In a small pot, add the apple and water. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the rosemary and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it steep (covered) until the temperature is comfortable to drink.
- Strain the mixture and pour it into a cup. Add honey or a sweetener if desired.
