What You’ll Need (Yields ~100g / 3 Weeks of Use)
- Lightly crushed clove buds – 1 Tbsp
- Fresh aloe vera gel – 6 Tbsp
- Cold-pressed flaxseed gel – 2 Tbsp
- Raw honey – 1 tsp
- Rose water (food-grade) – 2 tsp
- Vitamin E oil (from 2 softgels, ≈800 IU)
- Organic turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp
- Vegetable glycerin – 1 tsp
How to Make It
1. Brew the Clove Base
Simmer cloves in 30 ml filtered water for 5 minutes, steep until warm, then strain.
2. Create the Gel Base
Whisk aloe vera and flaxseed gels together until smooth.
