Clove water: unsuspected benefits

How to prepare it at home, without making mistakes?

Ingredients:

1 to 1.5 teaspoons of whole cloves (about 10 to 15 cloves)

250 ml of water

Preparation:

Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Add the cloves.

Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes over low heat.

Remove from heat, cover and leave to infuse for another 10 minutes.

Filter and pour into a clean cup or jar.

To be drunk warm, in the morning on an empty stay, or to keep cool, up to two days maximum.

Clever uses on a daily basis

Detox morning: half a cup on an fast to start the day well.

Express facial: used cold as a lotion to soothe skin prone to imperfections.

Homemade mouthwash: for a naturally fresh breath.

Hair care: in conditioner rinse, for more resistant and lighter hair.

Before a hearty meal: promotes digestion.

Seasonal comfort: warm, in case of small passing cooling.
