“Eastern vs. Western Europe”: Melania Trump’s Figure Compared To Brigitte Macron’s In Viral Old Pic

Part 2 of 2

“I didn’t make any changes,” she said. “A lot of people say I use procedures on my face. I didn’t do anything. I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and body.”

She also criticized Botox and similar treatments: “I’m against Botox, I’m against injections; I think it damages your face and nerves. It’s all me. I will age gracefully, as my mom does.”

Following the 2018 visit, Brigitte Macron spoke warmly of Melania in an interview with Le Monde.

“She’s actually really fun. We have the same sense of humour. We laugh a lot together,” she said.

However, Brigitte noted the restrictions Melania faces as First Lady of the United States.

“She can’t even open a window at the White House. She can’t go outside. She’s much more constrained than I am. I go out every day in Paris,” she added.

Brigitte also reflected on Melania’s public demeanor.
“She has a strong personality but works hard to hide it. She laughs easily, but shows it less than I do,” she said. “She’s kind, charming, intelligent, and very open.”

Life Out of the Spotlight

While Melania was regularly seen by Donald Trump’s side during his first term from 2017 to 2021, she has kept a low profile since his return to the White House this year.

According to a source who spoke to People in February, Melania is focused on her own interests and “couldn’t care less how she looks politically.”

“Just because she’s quiet in a crowd doesn’t mean she’s disinterested,” the insider explained. “Her mind is on her own life and what matters to her.”

The source added that she and Trump have found a rhythm in their marriage:
“Donald does his thing, and she does hers. She speaks honestly when they talk, and he listens. Does he always do what she suggests? Not always, but sometimes he does.”

Online Users Push Back

Amid all the body commentary, some social media users voiced frustration with the obsession over women’s appearances.

“Can’t y’all ever just let women exist in peace?” one person asked.
