Prince Harry ‘deeply uncomfortable’ over Meghan Markle’s Princess Lilibet Instagram post as couple ‘clash’ over principles

Part 1 of 2

Prince Harry has been left “deeply uncomfortable” by Meghan Markle’s latest Instagram post featuring their daughter, Princess Lilibet, according to a royal insider.

The source told gossip page ShuterScoop on Monday that Meghan’s new photo and video of Lilibet—shared on Sunday in honor of International Day of the Girl—has reignited the couple’s ongoing tension over privacy.

“Harry’s deeply uncomfortable,” the insider revealed. “He spent years fighting tabloids and paparazzi to protect his kids. Now Meghan’s the one putting them back in the spotlight.”

A Clash Over Principles

The insider claimed that Harry only learned about the post—which showed four-year-old Lilibet running in the backyard and holding Meghan’s hand—after it was shared with her four million followers. The Duke of Sussex reportedly “didn’t approve” and felt that Meghan had “crossed a line.”

According to the source, the disagreement stems from a “clash of principles.” While Meghan believes in visibility and openness, Harry’s focus remains firmly on protection and privacy.

Still, Meghan’s friends have defended her actions, saying she was simply celebrating her daughter and using the day to empower girls everywhere.

Meghan’s Message to Girls Around the World

In her caption, the Duchess of Sussex shared a heartfelt message encouraging girls to speak out and support one another.

“To all the girls – this world is yours. Do everything you can to protect your rights, use your voice, support each other,” she wrote.
“We will do the same for you. It’s your right and our responsibility. Go get ‘em, girl! Happy International Day of the Girl.”

Meghan’s Approach to Sharing Family Moments

Although Meghan occasionally shares glimpses of her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, she usually avoids showing their faces to protect their privacy.
