How to prepare your apple cider vinegar foot bath

It couldn’t be easier:

Ingredients

2 liters of warm water

1 cup (about 250 ml) of apple cider vinegar

50 ml of essential oil (optional)

Steps

1. Fill a basin with warm water.

2. Add the apple cider vinegar and, if you like, the essential oil.

3. Soak your feet for about 30 minutes.

4. Gently dry them without rinsing.

Tip: For a spa-like effect, apply a nourishing cream afterward and slip on a pair of cotton socks overnight.

 

A small ritual with big results

By adding this simple treatment to your routine once a week, you give your feet comfort and a real boost of freshness. Best of all, it takes very little time but delivers a true sense of well-being.
